The shipment with inventory, furniture etc. is transported with vehicles from our own fleet by using, for example, box trailers or semi-trailers. - Partial loads and groupage

We maintain various lines for partial shipments (LTL) with consolidated goods transportation from China. This form of shipment is suitable for small freight volumes as the goods are shipped together with other deliveries as part of one transport unit. For partial shipments (LTL) with consolidated goods transportation, you can use the DDP method if you want to import goods to Germany. We take care of customs processing and pay any fees on your behalf; the goods are delivered to the final recipient.

- Trade fair shipments

We have a lot of experience with trade fair shipments to China and offer you various services here. In addition to transporting the freight, we also help you in filling out papers for Carnet ATA and all other accompanying documents for customs. For exhibition shipments in particular, we offer a customs processing option for temporary imports. If you wish, we can also help you set up your trade fair stand for the exhibition on site after the trade fair shipment arrives.

- Carriage of dangerous goods

Our forwarding company has a wide range of vehicles for shipping dangerous goods in accordance with the ADR. We always use suitable vehicles for shipments to China. The staff is also trained in handling the respective freight – we transport dangerous goods of classes 1-6. This includes, for example, chemical products for various purposes. Unfortunately, we cannot clear customs within the framework of the ADR.

- Heavy and oversized transport

The term heavy or oversized transport includes anything that cannot be transported with standard trailers. Our fleet consists of special vehicles such as low-loaders, mega trailers and platform trailers. We use them to transport agricultural technology such as combine harvesters and tractors safely to China. If necessary, we accompany the heavy or oversized shipment to its destination. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you customs processing for this shipment type.

- Enclosed car shipments

For shipping expensive vehicles to China or vice versa to the EU, enclosed car shipments (individual shipments) are recommended. Here, we ship models such as vintage cars, valuable sports cars or unique prototypes using closed trucks. Our forwarding company specializes in this; we have already been able to carry out numerous individual shipments and have an appropriately large pool of experience. We, unfortunately, cannot offer customs processing for enclosed car transports.

- Project cargo delivery

We take care of the entire process for project shipments. Planning begins even before the actual shipment. We obtain all the necessary permits for this and prepare the necessary papers and accompanying documents for customs. We then carry out the actual project shipments with our own vehicles such as jumbo or platform trailers. If necessary, we accompany the shipment at every stage up to the final recipient in China or in the EU.

- Full truck loads (FTL)

Full truck loads are an essential part of our professional China logistics. With so called Full Truck Loads, we load the whole respective vehicle unit with your freight. In this way, transit is quick and there are no delays. For full truck loads, we offer you the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method for imports into Germany. We take care of customs processing and, if desired, pay due duties (import sales tax, customs, etc.) on your behalf.

- Refrigerated shipments

Our forwarding company maintains a special fleet of vehicles for refrigerated and frozen goods shipments to China. Essentially, we only use Schmitz cooling trailers for this, which we do not use for more than 3 to 4 years. By constantly renewing the vehicles with cooling trailers, we ensure a high level of security on the shipping route. Depending on the product group, e.g. food, chemicals or system components, the temperature for refrigerated goods shipments can be set to a constant value of -18 °C to +10 °C.

- Air freight

There is a great distance between China and Germany, so air freight is ideal for urgent goods. We carry out appropriate shipments for small and large freight volumes – each with suitable logistics. In addition, you can also use our DDP service for air freight to Germany. With this option (Delivery Duty Paid), we take care of customs processing when goods are imported to Germany. This relieves you of all bureaucratic burdens.

We deliver all kinds of goods to China: there are various options. Whether for trade fair shipments or heavy loads, we essentially use our own vehicles.

China is one of the largest export nations in the world and, at the same time, has a high demand for goods from the EU. As a result, logistics in China have to fulfill very different tasks. Depending on the product group, we solve these challenges by using vehicles and personnel, who are in each case specialized in a shipment type.

A full truck load is suitable for many types of freight. With this option, we load a trailer only with your goods and bring them safely to their destination. The advantage lies in the universality and flexibility of this logistics type. If desired, daily departures can be arranged. However, some items of freight do not fit in normal trailers – heavy and oversized shipments are available for this. We implement this with mega trailers or platform trailers, for example.

Our forwarding company also specializes in B2B relocations and trade fair shipments for China. We also support you here with additional services, for example when assembling everything at the destination or creating the accompanying documents for customers – there are special regulations for trade fair shipments.

Logistics overview for Northeast Asia

We take on all kinds of shipments to Mongolia, Iran and Afghanistan on a daily basis. We also ship goods from there to the EU. In addition to logistics, we offer customs clearance in Mongolia as a service on your behalf. Essentially, we deliver to all regions and cities, including heavy goods traffic to mines in Mongolia and construction sites in Iran; even through difficult terrain. In addition, we maintain partial shipments and consolidated goods transportation and offer temperature-controlled shipments as a special area. The journey time is 14-18 days.

Logistics overview for Central Asia

We offer all kinds of shipments for Central Asia; daily shipments are possible on request. In addition to logistics, we can do customs clearance for you; for this, we have our own customs warehouses in Tashkent, Almaty and Nur Sultan. In Central Asia, we have a lot of experience with heavy and oversize shipments as well as temperature-controlled shipments, and we also offer well-developed partial shipments and consolidated shipment transportation. Depending on the country, the journey time is 8-14 days (for example, Northern Kazakhstan 8 days, Uzbekistan 10 days and Tajikistan 12-14 days).

Logistics overview for the Caucasus region

For logistics to the Caucasus region and vice versa to the EU, we offer all shipment types; daily shipments can be arranged if required, for example as a full truck load. We offer well-developed partial shipments and consolidated goods transportation for smaller freight volumes. In addition, we take on special services such as temperature-controlled shipments and closed car transports to Azerbaijan and Georgia. We are also happy to ship samples for research laboratories and universities. Our own customs warehouse in Tbilisi facilitates export and import customs clearance. Lorries take about 8-10 days to reach the Caucasus region, where all locations can be reached.

Logistics overview for Russia

Shipments from and to Russia can be carried out for various groups of goods. In addition to well-developed consolidated goods and partial shipments transportation, we have a lot of experience in Russia with heavy and oversized shipments. We also specialize in closed car shipments as well as exhibition and trade fair shipments. Essentially, we ship to all locations, regions and also construction sites; in Russia, we have our own customs warehouses in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kaluga for export-import customs clearance.

Logistics overview for the European Union

All shipment types are available in the EU: express deliveries, full truck loads, very well-developed partial shipment transportation and much more. We pick up goods in Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and at any other location in the EU and Switzerland. Depending on the cargo, we use standard trailers or special vehicles from our fleet; this includes jumbos, mega trailers, small vans, bus sprinters and box vehicles. Customs clearance for goods traffic with third countries can be arranged on request; we have customs warehouses in Vilnius and Berlin. In addition, we also offer collection at airports with customs clearance.

Logistics overview for Eastern Europe

Our forwarding company carries out daily shipments of all kinds to Eastern Europe and from there to the EU. Destination areas include, for example, Serbia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Ukraine and Belarus. You can also use our customs processing service for well-developed partial shipment and consolidated goods or full truck load transportation; we have customs warehouses in Minsk, Kiev and Belgrade. The transit time is 2-4 days (for example, Serbia 2 days, Kiev 3 days).
