Alfred Martin

Founder and Strategic Logistics Advisor of MARTIN Internationale Spedition GmbH, and founder of MARTIN Bridge Solutions LLC in Georgia. For more than 25 years I have worked with international logistics every day. My focus is on national and international road transport as well as air freight solutions. In that time I have had the privilege of supporting companies from a wide range of industries in organising complex transport chains, and of gathering a great deal of practical experience along the way.

With this blog I want to pass that knowledge on. I enjoy keeping people informed about current developments in the logistics industry, explaining complex topics in an understandable way and sharing experience from day-to-day practice. Many articles grow out of real customer questions or situations that my team and I encounter in our working week.

My aim is to give entrepreneurs, buyers and logistics managers well-founded information that offers real added value for their daily decisions. In doing so, I place great importance on practical relevance, clarity and technical accuracy.

Alongside my work as an entrepreneur, I have been interviewed as an expert on international logistics by various media outlets, including Business Talk am Kudamm, Berliner Wirtschaft and Logistik News24.
