Marharyta Yaumenava

My name is Marharyta Yaumenava and I head the logistics department of MARTIN Internationale Spedition GmbH as Head of the Logistics Department.

My professional path began more than five years ago as a dispatcher. Through daily work with international transports, close contact with customers and transport companies, and taking on ever greater responsibility, I grew into the role of head of the logistics department.

My focus is on organising international road transports and air freight shipments. Reliable planning, transparent communication and the smooth handling of every single transport are particularly important to me. Another focus of my work is preparing and reviewing customs documentation. In international trade in particular, precision and experience are decisive if shipments are to reach their destination without unnecessary delays.

Alongside day-to-day operations, I work intensively on developing new customer relationships and building long-term partnerships. I am motivated by developing individual solutions and finding new transport routes and possibilities together with our customers.

I like new challenges and see change as an opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. New tasks do not deter me. On the contrary: I enjoy getting to grips with new topics, taking on responsibility and continuously looking for ways to improve processes.

With my blog posts I want to pass on the knowledge I gain in daily practice. I explain logistics topics in an understandable way, share experience from my working life and show what really matters in international transport. I also report regularly on current developments, technical contributions and insights from the logistics industry on my LinkedIn profile.
