- Partial loads and groupage

- Trade fair shipments

We organise your trade fair shipments to Bishkek or to any other city in Kyrgyzstan. We also provide assistance in filling out important documents, e.g. the ATA Carnet or customs documents. At this point, we would like to point out that special customs measures for the temporary importing of goods for exhibition purposes apply in the case of trade fair shipments. We will advise you comprehensively on this. We carry out exhibition shipments – like all deliveries – using our own vehicles.

- Carriage of dangerous goods

Hazardous goods according to the ADR are divided into various categories. We can transport goods in hazardous goods classes 1 to 6 to Kyrgyzstan. For this, we use our own vehicles that are approved according to the ADR. Trained staff ensure that the hazardous goods arrive safely at their destination. Whether for agriculture or the chemical industry: we drive to all addresses from Bishkek to rural Kyrgyzstan. Unfortunately, we are unable to handle customs clearance in the case of hazardous goods.

- Heavy and oversized shipments

A heavy or oversized load cannot be transported using a standard trailer. Typical examples are pieces of farm machinery, e.g. tractors and combine harvesters that need to be transported to Kyrgyzstan. For this we rely on special vehicles such as low loaders, mega-trailers and platform trailers (all from our own fleet). If necessary, we can obtain the necessary permits in Bishkek. We are unable to handle customs clearance.

- Enclosed car shipments

We transport expensive vehicles such as high-quality sports cars, prototypes and classic cars safely to Kyrgyzstan using our enclosed car shipments. The actual transit takes place as an individual shipment in a truck trailer, the loading area of which is secured on all sides. In this way, the freight is well protected from damage and prying eyes. Enclosed car transports are one of our forwarding company's specialist areas and can be delivered to any address, e.g. in Bishkek or the EU. Unfortunately, customs clearance for the individual shipping of cars is not possible.

- Project cargo delivery

We take full charge of professional project shipments to Kyrgyzstan. The service begins even before departure by obtaining the necessary permits and preparing the required paperwork and customs documents. - Full truck loads (FTL)

We transport full truckloads from the EU to Kyrgyzstan and vice versa. The full truckload is for your exclusive use. We drive to all destinations in the country: central Bishkek as well as remote regions. We are happy to handle customs clearance for full loads, e.g. as part of a DDP delivery (Delivery Duty Paid). If instructed by you, we also pay the taxes and duties when importing the goods.

- Refrigerated shipments

Refrigerated and frozen shipments to Kyrgyzstan are the right solution for delicate goods that have to be transported under temperature-controlled conditions. In addition to food, these are largely chemical products, e.g. for the industry around Bishkek. We use Schmitz refrigerated trailers which form part of our fleet for just three to four years – then we replace them. Refrigerated shipments are always planned individually and carried out by us.

We handle all types of transport within the European Union, for example full loads, part loads (well-developed groupage service) and express deliveries. Transport is always carried out using our own vehicles, e.g. standard trailers, box trailers, jumbos, mega-trailers and bus sprinters. Goods can be picked up anywhere in Europe: in EU countries such as Germany, Italy, France, Belgium or the Netherlands as well as in Switzerland. We also collect goods at the airport and handle customs clearance there. We have our own bonded warehouses in Berlin and Vilnius.
