- Partial loads and groupage

We ship partial shipments (LTL) as part of consolidated goods transportation to Belarus. We take over your freight from low volumes and ship the goods together with other shipments to the destination country. Whether you want to send a delivery to Minsk, Grodno, Mogilev, Brest, Vitebsk or Gomel – in each case, we offer you various services such as DAT, DAP and EXW. - Carriage of dangerous goods

Our forwarding company offers various services according to the ADR. For logistics to Belarus, we can transport dangerous goods of classes 1-6 to Minsk, Vitebsk, Gomel, Brest, Mogilev or Grodno. We essentially transport dangerous goods in accordance with the ADR using our own vehicles and with our own personnel – corresponding qualifications and certificates are of course available. For a safe transit, we plan the route in detail in advance. Please note that we cannot handle customs clearance for dangerous goods shipments.

- Heavy and oversized transport

Freights with particularly heavy weight or bulky dimensions are often transported in goods traffic with Belarus. The heavy and oversize shipments are therefore part of the core competencies of our forwarding company. We ship the freight, for example, agricultural technology such as tractors and combine harvesters, on our own low loaders, mega trailers or platform trailers – each as required. We drive to all cities and regions, for example Vitebsk, Gomel, Brest, Grodno, Mogilev and Minsk. Unfortunately, we cannot help with customs clearance in this case.

- Enclosed car shipments

Our forwarding agency specialises in enclosed car shipments to Belarus. In doing so, we ship your vehicle in an enclosed truck as single transport from the EU to Minsk, Vitebsk, Gomel, Mogilev, Grodno or Brest or vice versa. This particularly safe form of shipment is ideal for valuable sports cars, vintage cars, prototypes or other expensive models that need to be protected from prying eyes and dirt. Customs clearance is, unfortunately, not possible for cars shipped as individual shipments.

- Project cargo delivery

We support you with a comprehensive service for project shipments. This implies that we take over the planning, obtain the necessary permits and manage the actual transit. Project shipments to Belarus are carried out with vehicles from our own fleet, for example with jumbo trailers or platform trailers. In addition, we take care of creating the necessary papers and accompanying documents for customs. If necessary, we accompany the shipment to the final recipient in Gomel, Brest, Mogilev, Grodno, Vitebsk or Minsk.

- Full truck loads (FTL)

With full truck loads, your freight is loaded into a truck that is only used for your shipment. This is useful if you want to send larger freight volumes to Minsk, Vitebsk, Brest, Gomel, Grodno or Mogilev. We also offer the DDP process for full truck loads. We take care of customs clearance and pay taxes and duties on your behalf. Full truck loads are available from the EU to Belarus and vice versa and are carried out by us and with our own vehicles.

- Refrigerated shipments

We offer reliable refrigerated shipments to Belarus for various groups of goods. In addition to food items for Minsk, Gomel or Brest, we also ship, for example, chemical products to Vitebsk, Mogilev or Grodno. Sometimes, system parts also have to be shipped temperature-controlled. Our own vehicles with refrigerated trailers (Schmitz brand) manage constant temperatures of -18 °C to +10 °C. Our forwarding company's fleet is continuously renewed, so that the units for refrigerated and frozen goods shipments are no more than 3-4 years old.

- Air freight

We use air freight to ship urgent goods from the EU to Belarus and vice versa. Possible destinations are Minsk, Vitebsk, Brest, Gomel, Grodno and Mogilev. But we also connect locations without air freight by using appropriate transporters. For air freight, you also have the option of booking the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method. As part of this service, we take care of customs clearance on your behalf – this includes paying customs duties and import sales tax on request.

Shipments of all kinds to Central Asia

Central Asia is vast, so we have hubs at several locations. Our customs warehouses are located in Tashkent, Almaty and Nur Sultan. Essentially, we offer you all shipment types for Central Asia. This includes well-developed partial shipment and consolidated goods transportation as well as a wide range of services for special requirements – such as heavy and oversize shipments or temperature-controlled shipments. The transit takes about 8-14 days, depending on the destination region; to Northern Kazakhstan it is about 8 days by truck, to Uzbekistan 10 days and to Tajikistan 12-14 days.

Our forwarding company realizes all kinds of shipments to the Caucasus region; you can, for example, use well-developed partial shipment and consolidated goods transportation. We also specialize in closed car shipments to Azerbaijan and Georgia, refrigerated shipments and sample shipments for universities and research institutions. In addition, we take over customs clearance on your behalf; our forwarding company has its own customs warehouse in Tbilisi. The journey time to the Caucasus region (we drive to all cities and addresses) is 8-10 days.

Shipments of all kinds to Northeast Asia

The Northeast Asia region includes Mongolia, Iran and Afghanistan. We offer all shipment types for this region. You can send small volumes of freight to Mongolia, for example, as a partial load. We also take over your full truck load, including customs clearance for import and export on request. In addition, our forwarding company has a lot of experience with heavy and oversize shipments, which we can deliver not only to all cities and regions, but also to places that are difficult to reach, such as mines in Mongolia or construction sites in Iran. We have suitable vehicles in our own fleet for every shipment, including refrigerated trailers for temperature-controlled shipments. The journey time is currently 14-18 days.

Shipments of all kinds to the European Union

In the European Union, you can choose from a wide range of shipment types; express deliveries, full truck loads, partial shipment transportation and other options are available. Your goods can be picked up at any location, for example in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium or France. We have customs warehouses in Berlin and Vilnius for handling goods with third countries such as Switzerland. We carry out the shipments with our own vehicles; the vehicle fleet includes jumbos, mega trailers, box vehicles and standard trailers, but also small vans. Airport collection with customs clearance is also no problem for us.

Shipments of all kinds to Russia

Russia is one of the core regions of our forwarding company. In addition to well-developed consolidated goods and partial shipment transportation, we offer you closed car shipments as well as exhibition and trade fair shipments for Russia logistics. We also have plenty of experience with heavy and oversize shipments in Russia. Essentially, we deliver to all cities, regions and even construction sites in the country.
