Express shipping to Serbia takes place in a van or bus sprinter with a tail lift, depending on the freight. We have both types of vehicle in our fleet. In addition to just shipping, we also take on the customs clearance for exporting and importing the goods on your behalf, for example in the DDP process (Delivery Duty Paid). - Private relocations

A company relocation or private move to Serbia is carried out using our own box trailers of various sizes, depending on how much inventory you want to have transported. - Partial loads and groupage

Part loads (LTL) arrive in Serbia via groupage shipment. This means that you can have small volumes of freight transported because the load is combined with other shipments. The DDP procedure is available for part loads (LTL) in groupage shipments. With this option, we carry out customs clearance and also pay the necessary duties and taxes on your behalf. The route to Eastern Europe is well developed, meaning that you benefit from fast deliveries to the region.

- Trade fair shipment

Trade fair or exhibition shipping to Serbia is one of our forwarding company's specialist areas. Shipment takes place using our own vehicles. For trade fair shipping, we also offer you support in filling out customs documents and ATA Carnets. A special customs regulation applies to goods that are imported only temporarily for exhibition purposes. We will advise you of this in advance of shipping so that you can use this processing for your freight.

- Carriage of dangerous goods

Hazardous goods are divided into different classes according to the ADR; we transport hazardous goods classes 1 to 6 safely and reliably to Serbia. Our fleet has suitable transporters for this purpose. Moreover, the drivers are qualified and authorised to transport hazardous goods. We plan each transit with you in advance. Please note that we are not able to handle customs clearance for ADR freight.

- Heavy and oversized transport

Heavy loads and oversized shipments place high demands on logistics. Our fleet has its own low loaders, mega-trailers and platform trailers that can be used as required. For example, we often transport agricultural machinery such as combine harvesters or tractors to Serbia or in the opposite direction to the EU. For some orders it is necessary to obtain special permits – we will take care of that when applicable. This means that your heavy or oversized shipment will reach its destination safely. Unfortunately, we cannot handle customs clearance here.

- Enclosed car shipments

Enclosed car shipments are carried out in a fully protected trailer. This is how we protect vintage cars, valuable sports cars, prototypes or other expensive models from possible transport damage and from prying eyes. We always carry out enclosed car transports as individual shipments, regardless of the direction – from Serbia to the EU or vice versa. We regret that we cannot process the individual shipment for you in terms of customs, but we can advise you on any formalities that may arise.

- Project cargo delivery

We handle project shipping from the planning stage to delivery to the final recipient. We obtain all the necessary permits in advance. If necessary, we accompany the shipment and dismantle/assemble traffic signs etc. Jumbo trailers or platform trailers are the most suitable modes of transport, and we select a suitable unit from our fleet. We also create the paperwork and customs documents for your project shipment to Serbia.

- Full truck loads (FTL)

A full truckload is yours exclusively. We load the relevant truck and transport the goods to the recipient. We offer additional services for this type of shipment, for example DDP delivery (Delivery Duty Paid). If you book this option for a full load, we will carry out the customs clearance in Serbia or in the EU on your behalf (with payment of duties and fees, if desired).

- Refrigerated shipments

We carry out refrigerated shipments to Serbia using vehicles from our own fleet. Schmitz refrigerated trailers are used to keep the temperature constant. Temperature control is between -18°C (frozen shipments) and +10°C. In order to guarantee complete reliability, we replace the cooling units with new ones at least every three to four years. Refrigerated shipping can be carried out in both directions (from the EU to Eastern Europe and vice versa).

- Air freight

We ship goods by air to Serbia which need to reach their destination quickly and without detours. We also organise the onward transport from the airport to the final recipient. For air freight, we can offer you the convenience of the DDP procedure. This stands for Delivery Duty Paid and means that we conduct all customs clearance on your behalf. If you wish, we can also pay taxes or customs duties. Goods can be shipped in both directions.

Customs clearance

Our expert staff in Serbia will take over the registration of your goods and the payment of all customs duties (customs, taxes, fees) for your order at the customs office of receipt.

Eastern European shipments with MARTIN Spedition

All modes of transport are available to Eastern Europe. We maintain a well-developed groupage service to destinations such as Serbia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Ukraine and Belarus. As with full loads, we can handle customs clearance on your behalf, and we have our own bonded warehouses in Minsk, Kiev and Belgrade. Depending on the country, the transport time is 2-4 days (for example, Serbia 2 days, Kiev 3 days).

Central Asia shipments with MARTIN Spedition

We undertake daily shipments of all kinds to Central Asia using our own vehicles. We also offer additional services such as customs clearance in our bonded warehouses in Tashkent, Almaty and Nur-Sultan. In addition to our well-developed groupage service, our specialist areas include temperature-controlled and heavy load shipments. Depending on the destination country, the goods are in transit for 8-14 days (Northern Kazakhstan 8 days, Tajikistan 12-14 days and Uzbekistan 10 days).

Caucasus shipments with MARTIN Spedition

All modes of transport are available for deliveries to the Caucasus. This includes a very well- developed groupage service. We also undertake numerous special assignments such as enclosed car shipments to Georgia or Azerbaijan, temperature-controlled shipping and the transport of samples for universities/research institutes. We have our own bonded warehouse in Tbilisi for customs clearance. Goods are in transit for 8-10 days by truck to the Caucasus or from there to the EU.

Northeast Asia shipments with MARTIN Spedition

The Northeast Asia region includes Iran, Mongolia and Afghanistan. In principle, all types of shipment are available, including a well-developed groupage service to Mongolia or heavy load shipments to construction sites in Iran and mines in Mongolia. Temperature-controlled shipments are another specialist area. We deliver to all cities in the region and also to places that are difficult to access. Shipment time by truck is 14-18 days.

EU shipments with MARTIN Spedition

We deliver to all countries in the European Union, including Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands. We also offer services in Switzerland that include a very well-developed part-load service. Goods can be collected from any location, including airports (with customs clearance by us, on request). We have the right vehicle in our fleet for every type of shipment: mega-trailers, jumbos, standard trailers, small vans, box trailers and more. Our EU bonded warehouses are located in Berlin and Vilnius.

Russia shipments with MARTIN Spedition

Our forwarding company undertakes all types of shipment to Russia on a daily basis. For example, we transport goods using our very well-developed groupage system. We have also carried out many heavy load and oversized shipments to Russia. Specialist areas include enclosed car shipments as well as exhibition and trade fair transports. Export processing in Russia takes place in our own bonded warehouses in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kaluga. In principle, we deliver to all cities, regions and construction sites.
